In her 30 plus year career Rosie has worked in a variety of accountancy practices providing advice and assistance to small and medium sized businesses, honing her professionalism and her engaging approach.

A crucial and enlightening experience from the other side, as it were, was gained when Rosie was growing up and witnessing the challenges for her parents in running their own business. That perspective was augmented when Rosie left the corporate world to run her own accountancy business over 7 years ago.

This deep well of experience and wealth of knowledge is now being channeled into her new persona as The Profit Guru where she implements the Profit First method of accounting; a cash management system putting the owners’ needs first. Having studied the philosophy of the system and implementing it into her own business, Rosie has become a certified Profit First Professional.

Like the old adage, “if you look after the pennies, the pounds will look after themselves”. The Profit Guru believes that if you look after the profit, the business will be able to grow and sustain itself.
